Michael Torres who goes by the moniker Myke is a Puerto Rican musician and rapper. He was born on January 15in 1994 in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. Mike Towers became Myke Towers slightly in 2017 as a salute to The Young Kingz Music Movement, that is where he resides. It was a change from the first letter of his name in the name to a "y" in honor of the group. Myke Towers is a part of the rap underground scene of Puerto Rico since his adolescence making his very first songs and freestyles on his SoundCloud account. The year 2014 saw him gain a lot of attention with songs like Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal or En los Bloques. He also drew attention from the music scene in urban areas with the Freestyle La Nueva Droga and his rendition of the track, 0 to 100 by Drake.
